Sharon has been providing Therapeutic Massage for over 21 years with several thousand hours of advanced Massage Training.

Sharon graduated from St. Paul College’s Myofascial massage program and specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphadema/Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Integrated  Massage, Energy Work, and Reflexology.  She currently teaches at Anoka Ramsey Community College – courses include Introductory Massage, Anatomy and Physiology for Massage Therapists, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Myofascial Release.  Sharon keeps current with massage techniques and trends by attending on-line training classes and in-class workshops.  She believes in working with client’s individual needs and problem areas with a “no more pain” approach.

Sharon has advanced training in fluid reduction for post-surgical clients including special training for reduction of fibrotic tissue post radiation, reducing lymphedema in arms/legs, and sinus drainage.
